I am so sorry to learn about the death of your loved one Phyllis. I know that this is a difficult time for you but please know that our loving heavenly father Jehovah assures us that our loved ones are only sleeping and that we will see them again by means of the resurrection. Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in the promises of God and find inner peace of mind and heart. JOhn5:28-29 assures us that our loved ones will live again. Have faith in the promises of God and do not worry. God can not lie. Titus1:2 Once again I am so sorry for your loss!

It is our deepest sympathy to send love and prayers to this family. Sis. Boyd was a member of the Oliver Hill BC under the leadership of my beloved father, Pastor Goree Allen. She was a faithful worker and a loving person. So sorry we lost touch with her. We know we will see her again and we are praying for you. God bless!

‘In everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.’ (Philippians 4:6, 7) In particular, I pray for Jehovah’s spirit to give me strength. When I get really upset, I go to Jehovah and say, ‘I need more of your spirit,’ and he helps me through another day. Sometimes I cannot even articulate the words, but he gives me the strength to go on.” (Romans 8:26)

I am truly sorry for the loss and pain that you, Nicole and the Boyd family and friends are feeling because of losing Ms. Phyllis recently in death. Most of us have had to endure the sorrow of losing a loved one in death. What helped me the most was prayer and faith in God's promises like found here at 1 Corinthians 15: 26 and it tells us: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." Isaiah 33:24 guarantees us: "And no resident will say "I am sick," ever again. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises, including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it."For more comforting scriptures please visit: It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. John 17:3 Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief because he cares for you very much. 1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 34:18 Again, the family is in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt condolences. Feel free to contact me if you wish at my email address; [email protected] I pray you will read the above scriptures in your personal Bible and to please watch this beautiful video (song 144) entitled "Keep Your Eyes on the Prize" or watch this short, faith strengthening video: You are in my prayers.
